Lo and Behold ! HTC’s new flagship phone M9 will be as beautiful as it’s predecessor M8. Or probably a bit more. How do we know? Leaked photos posted on Phandroid confirms this.
Everything about M8 and M9 seems strikingly similar in the leaked pics. But there’s one major difference: the shape of the camera. The shape of the camera in M8 and even M7 were both circles, But M9 has a square-shaped camera.
Last year’s M8 was criticized for its camera quality. Little wonder, HTC has spent good amount of time and money in improving this aspect of the device. Other small improvements include: a little more compact speaker and narrower bezel on the sides. Plus, the overall footprint of the mobile will be bit smaller than M8.
To cut the chase, M9 may not much please the M8 users. So, as usual, HTC would be really battling to grab eyeballs for its new flagship phone, this year. And with Apple and Samsung gearing up for their own smartphones releases, backed by monstrous marketing budgets, future of M9 seems bleak as of now.
As per earlier reports HTC One M9 will feature a 5-inch full HD display, an octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor, a 20.7-megapixel rear camera, a 13-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM and Android Lollipop.
