There’s still a month to go for Apple Watch launch, but the tech giant has already unveiled a selected few apps for the Apple Watch. These apps include Twitter, Things, Target, Dark Sky, Sky Guide and more. The apps are said to hit the Apple App Stores today. However, the regular app developers won’t be able to submit their apps as of now. Only the above few have received the green signal so far.
A separate section will be build for the Watch in the App Store. But, if you can’t wait until April 24th, you can start developing your watch app rightaway.
Apple Watch will support the following iPhone apps:
- Air Canada
- AliPay
- Babbel
- Dark Sky
- ECB Cricket
- Evernote
- Expedia
- Kitchen Stories
- Line
- MLB.com At Bat
- Procreate Pocket
- Qantas Airways
- Target
- Things
- TransitApp
- The Wall Street Journal
- Redfin
- Runtastic Six Pack
- Sky Guide
- SPG: Starwood Hotels and Resorts
- The New York Times
- Yahoo Tourney Pick’Em
As the countdown for apple watches begin, more apps will be rolled out. You can update or download the latest versions of each app, however, for the App Watch functionality to work, you need to pair it with the watch.
