Google’s Pixel Slate was announced alongside the Pixel 3 in early October, but one thing we didn’t know was when it would be available. Just about a month later, we have our answer.
The Pixel Slate is now available for pre-order at both the Google Store and Best Buy. At the time, Best Buy is only listing three configurations, starting at $799 for 64GB of storage, 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core m3 processor. There’s also a 128GB storage/8GB RAM/Core i5 model for $999, or the 256GB storage/16GB RAM/Core i7 model for a cool $1599.
The Google Store is also offering these models, as well as a model with 32GB of storage, 4GB of RAM and an Intel Celeron for $599, or the same processor with 64GB of storage and 8GB of RAM for $699.
Keep in mind those prices are only for the Pixel Slate itself. The keyboard is a separate purchase at $199, and the new midnight blue Pixelbook Pen comes in at $99, though the silver version of the pen that became available last year will also work perfectly fine with the Pixel Slate.
While the Google Store notes the Slate will ship in “2-3 weeks,” Best Buy has a release date of November 22nd. Not much longer now.
